MASTER TERMS OF USE
LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT

This Master Terms of Use, Legal Framework and Liability Agreement (the “Terms”) constitutes the single, controlling, and binding legal framework governing all projects, brands, intellectual property, content, and activities operating under the Redneck.work umbrella.
By accessing or using any Project or Content, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not access, use, distribute, reference, reproduce, or otherwise interact with any Project or Content governed by these Terms.
Redneck.work is established as a centralized umbrella framework designed to unify legal governance, intellectual property control, liability limitation, and usage rules across multiple independent projects, domains, platforms, and distribution channels.
Article I
Definitions
“Redneck.work” means the umbrella legal and contractual framework governing all current and future projects associated with the Redneck.work brand, regardless of domain name, platform, or medium.
“Operator” means the controlling entity responsible for governance, administration, enforcement, and rights management under the Redneck.work framework. The Operator may be a natural person or legal entity and may change over time without public notice.
“Projects” means all initiatives operating under the Redneck.work umbrella, including but not limited to Redneckverse, VibeFoundry, VibeFoundry Records, Redneck Widows, Church of the Carburetor, RAI (Redneck Artificial Intelligence), and any future creative, technological, or commercial projects.
“Content” means all music, audio recordings, musical compositions, videos, audiovisual works, texts, narratives, characters, imagery, symbols, concepts, documentation, and related materials associated with any Project.
“User” means any individual or entity accessing, consuming, interacting with, distributing, or otherwise engaging with any Project or Content.
Article II
Nature of Redneck.work
Redneck.work is not a website, hosting service, or standalone platform. It is a master legal and intellectual property framework.
Projects may operate through independent websites, domains, platforms, or services. Such project level presences exist solely as access or distribution points and do not constitute separate governing frameworks unless explicitly stated in writing.
Any interaction with any Project constitutes interaction with Redneck.work and acceptance of these Terms.
Article III
Supremacy of Terms
Projects may publish project specific disclosures, guidelines, or usage notes, or may operate without standalone terms.
These Terms shall at all times supersede and control over any project level statements, descriptions, representations, or third party platform terms, except where expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Operator.
Article IV
Purpose and Non Reliance
All Content is provided solely for artistic, entertainment, cultural, symbolic, philosophical, or experimental purposes.
No Content constitutes legal, medical, safety, technical, political, or professional advice. No reliance is intended or authorized. Any reliance occurs entirely at the User’s own risk.
Article V
Redneckverse Fictional Framework
Redneckverse is a fictional narrative universe and protected intellectual property.
All characters, organizations, locations, events, and ideologies within Redneckverse are fictional, symbolic, allegorical, or satirical in nature.
Redneckverse does not represent a real political movement, religious organization, military entity, or governmental structure. Any resemblance to real world persons, entities, or events is coincidental, symbolic, or interpretive.
Article VI
VibeFoundry and Music Projects
VibeFoundry and related music projects operate as creative and entertainment initiatives under the Redneck.work umbrella.
Artificial intelligence tools may be used as part of the creative process. Such tools function solely as instruments and do not constitute autonomous authors, advisors, or decision makers.
Article VII
RAI Experimental Project
RAI (Redneck Artificial Intelligence) is an experimental and non production research and conceptual project.
RAI does not provide advice, recommendations, or guarantees of accuracy and has no legal personality. Narrative or personified representations of RAI are fictional constructs used for artistic or philosophical exploration.
Article VIII
Legal and Spiritual Framework Declaration
All Projects operate within the symbolic and philosophical framework of the Church of the Carburetor, an autonomous construct established pursuant to ordination rights recognized by the Universal Life Church.
Redneck.work and all associated Projects are independently created and managed and are not owned by, affiliated with, or controlled by the Universal Life Church.
This framework does not establish membership, authority, obligation, or contractual relationships of any kind.
Article IX
Intellectual Property Rights
All Content is protected under United States copyright law and applicable international treaties.
No license, assignment, or right is granted except as explicitly stated in writing by the Operator or in an applicable usage policy.
Unauthorized monetization, misattribution, resale, sublicensing, or exploitation of Content is prohibited.
Article X
Music and Audiovisual Usage
Non commercial background playback and non monetized sharing of music is generally permitted, subject to attribution requirements and prohibitions on monetization, jukebox systems, and authorship misrepresentation, as further defined in applicable usage policies and enforcement addenda.
Redneck.work is not affiliated with any performing rights organization. No third party is authorized to license or collect fees on its behalf.
Article XI
Disclaimer of Warranties
All Projects and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Article XII
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Redneck.work nor the Operator shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or reputational harm.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability exceed one hundred United States dollars.
Article XIII
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redneck.work and the Operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of any Project or Content or your violation of these Terms.
Article XIV
Assignment and Continuity
Redneck.work and the Operator may assign, transfer, or restructure ownership or control of any Project or the Redneck.work framework without notice. These Terms shall remain in effect notwithstanding such changes.
Article XV
Modification of Terms
These Terms may be modified or replaced at any time without prior notice. Continued use of any Project or Content constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article XVI
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Venue shall lie exclusively in a court selected by Redneck.work or the Operator.
Article XVII
Severability and Survival
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
Article XVIII
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire and controlling agreement governing all Projects under the Redneck.work umbrella and supersede all prior or contemporaneous statements or understandings.
