By accessing or using any Project or Content governed by these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access, use, distribute, reference, reproduce, monetize, or otherwise interact with any Project or Content governed by these Terms.

Redneck.work is operated by Nomenas Digital LLC as a centralized umbrella framework designed to unify legal governance, intellectual property control, liability limitation, expressive framework notices, and usage rules across multiple independent projects, domains, platforms, and distribution channels.

Article II
Nature of Redneck.work

Redneck.work is not merely a website, hosting service, or standalone platform. It is a master legal, intellectual property, expressive, and project framework operated by Nomenas Digital LLC.

Projects may operate through independent websites, domains, platforms, third-party services, social platforms, streaming services, blockchain tools, commerce systems, or other distribution points. Such project-level presences exist as access, publishing, presentation, distribution, or interaction points and do not constitute separate governing frameworks unless explicitly stated in writing.

Any interaction with any Project or Content governed by these Terms constitutes interaction with Redneck.work and acceptance of these Terms.

Article III
Supremacy of Terms

Projects may publish project-specific disclosures, guidelines, notices, community rules, disclaimers, platform terms, or usage notes.

These Terms control the general Redneck.work framework unless a project-specific legal document expressly states that it controls for that specific Project, feature, website, digital asset, or platform.

Third-party platform terms may also apply when Users access Content through external services. Nomenas Digital LLC does not control third-party platform terms.

Article IV
Purpose and Non-Reliance

All Content is provided for artistic, entertainment, cultural, symbolic, philosophical, religious, satirical, fictional, experimental, informational, or project-description purposes.

No Content constitutes legal, medical, safety, technical, political, investment, financial, tax, trading, or professional advice.

No reliance is intended or authorized. Any reliance occurs entirely at the User’s own risk.

Article V
Redneckverse Fictional Framework

Redneckverse is a fictional narrative universe and protected intellectual property owned and controlled by Nomenas Digital LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Characters, organizations, locations, events, institutions, ideologies, broadcasts, fictional authorities, fictional economies, and story elements within Redneckverse may be fictional, symbolic, allegorical, satirical, artistic, or interpretive in nature.

Redneckverse does not represent a real political movement, military entity, government structure, financial institution, investment platform, public authority, or professional service.

This fictional disclaimer does not negate the separate Church of the Carburetor expressive framework described in Article VIII. Church of the Carburetor may function as a sincere spiritual, philosophical, religious, satirical, artistic, and expressive framework while also appearing inside Redneckverse fictional and entertainment content.

Any resemblance to real-world persons, entities, or events is coincidental, symbolic, satirical, interpretive, or used for lawful expressive purposes.

Article VI
Vibe Foundry and Music Projects

Vibe Foundry and related music projects operate as creative, music, media, and entertainment initiatives under the Redneck.work umbrella.

Artificial intelligence tools, digital production workflows, human-directed creative systems, and automated workflows may be used as part of the creative process. Such tools may assist with writing, drafting, production, arrangement, visual development, editing, publishing, and workflow support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI systems do not hold legal authorship, ownership, agency, authority, or decision-making power for Nomenas Digital LLC or any Project.

Article VII
RAI Experimental Project

RAI, also known as Redneck Artificial Intelligence, is a fictional AI character, experimental media concept, and narrative system inside the Redneck.work and Redneckverse ecosystem.

RAI may be presented through stories, broadcasts, monologues, fictional reports, music lore, visual scenes, character interactions, or experimental AI-driven media.

RAI does not provide legal, medical, safety, financial, investment, tax, technical, security, or professional advice. RAI has no legal personality and cannot create obligations for Nomenas Digital LLC unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Nomenas Digital LLC.

Narrative or personified representations of RAI are fictional, artistic, philosophical, satirical, or experimental constructs.

Article VIII
Church of the Carburetor, Redneckverse Framework, and IP Ownership

Church of the Carburetor is a spiritual, philosophical, religious, satirical, symbolic, artistic, and expressive framework within the Redneck.work and Redneckverse ecosystem.

Church of the Carburetor was created by the founder of Redneck.work, who is ordained through the Universal Life Church. The framework may appear through mechanical theology, sermons, symbolic doctrine, rituals, fictional institutions, music, broadcasts, characters, satire, written materials, visual works, and worldbuilding connected to Redneck.work, Redneckverse, Pine Licks, and related projects.

Church of the Carburetor is not merely fictional lore. It has a real expressive and spiritual foundation, while also appearing inside fictional, satirical, artistic, and entertainment content. References to ministry, ordination, doctrine, ritual, symbolic belief, religious expression, spiritual authority, or Universal Life Church ordination may be sincere, satirical, fictional, artistic, symbolic, or a combination of these forms depending on context.

Nomenas Digital LLC owns and controls the commercial, technical, publishing, intellectual property, monetization, licensing, administrative, and operational rights connected to Redneck.work, Redneckverse, and related projects, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Church of the Carburetor functions as an expressive framework within Redneckverse. It does not own Redneckverse intellectual property, domains, websites, media assets, digital assets, trademarks, copyrights, business relationships, revenue streams, software materials, or commercial rights unless expressly assigned in a separate written agreement.

Revenue generated by Redneck.work, Redneckverse, Y’ALL, First Combustion Bank of Pine Licks, related media assets, project websites, licensing, affiliate activity, advertising, sponsorships, commerce activity, digital assets, or related commercial operations belongs to Nomenas Digital LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Nomenas Digital LLC may sell, assign, license, transfer, monetize, discontinue, restructure, or otherwise manage Redneckverse and related intellectual property as company-owned assets. Any transfer may include the Redneckverse world, characters, lore, media assets, fictional institutions, project websites, Church of the Carburetor references, and established expressive framework as part of the Redneckverse identity, unless excluded or modified in the relevant transaction documents.

Church of the Carburetor is intended to operate as protected religious, philosophical, artistic, satirical, and expressive activity under applicable free speech, religious expression, and creative expression principles, including the First Amendment to the United States Constitution where applicable and subject to applicable law.

Nomenas Digital LLC is a business entity. It is not itself a church, nonprofit organization, tax-exempt organization, religious corporation, Universal Life Church affiliate, or religious authority unless expressly stated in a separate formal legal document.

The Universal Life Church does not own, control, operate, endorse, supervise, finance, represent, or manage Nomenas Digital LLC, Redneck.work, Redneckverse, Church of the Carburetor, Y’ALL, First Combustion Bank of Pine Licks, RAI, Lenny’s Radio, Pine Licks, or any related project, website, character, fictional institution, media asset, digital asset, intellectual property, or business activity.

Church of the Carburetor does not create legal agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary duty, charitable status, nonprofit status, tax-exempt status, investment authority, financial authority, corporate authority, contractual authority, or the right to bind Nomenas Digital LLC.

No minister, character, fictional officer, symbolic authority, in-world institution, broadcast, sermon, ritual, doctrine, token interface, fictional bank, or project persona may create legal obligations for Nomenas Digital LLC unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Nomenas Digital LLC.

Nothing in this Article limits Nomenas Digital LLC’s ownership, operation, intellectual property rights, copyright rights, trademark rights, project administration, digital asset management, software operations, media publishing, commercial activity, technical control, revenue rights, transfer rights, or business control over Redneck.work and related projects.

Article IX
Intellectual Property Rights

All Content is protected under United States copyright law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and applicable international treaties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Nomenas Digital LLC owns or controls the Content, Project names, fictional worlds, characters, media assets, brands, written materials, visual materials, project descriptions, websites, software-related materials, digital asset descriptions, and related intellectual property connected to Redneck.work and its Projects.

No license, assignment, ownership interest, or right is granted except as explicitly stated in writing by Nomenas Digital LLC or in an applicable written usage policy.

Unauthorized monetization, misattribution, resale, sublicensing, scraping, impersonation, commercial reuse, model training, or exploitation of Content is prohibited.

Article X
Music and Audiovisual Usage

Non-commercial background playback and non-monetized sharing of music may be permitted where allowed by applicable usage policies, platform rules, and written permissions.

Commercial use, monetized use, jukebox systems, venue playback, synchronization, sampling, remixing, sublicensing, redistribution, resale, authorship misrepresentation, or use in advertising requires written permission unless an applicable usage policy expressly allows it.

Redneck.work is not affiliated with any performing rights organization unless expressly stated in writing. No third party is authorized to license, collect, enforce, or claim fees on behalf of Redneck.work, Nomenas Digital LLC, or any Project unless expressly authorized in writing.

Article XI
Y’ALL and Digital Asset Projects

Y’ALL, First Combustion Bank of Pine Licks, and related digital asset projects are experimental, fictional, satirical, technical, and media-related projects connected to the Redneckverse ecosystem.

References to tokens, blockchain tools, swaps, prices, liquidity pools, wallets, smart contracts, fictional banks, treasury language, digital currency concepts, or market-facing interfaces are provided for informational, entertainment, experimental, and project-description purposes only.

Nothing in Redneck.work Content constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, trading, securities, or professional advice.

Nomenas Digital LLC does not guarantee token value, liquidity, availability, listing status, trading volume, price stability, profit, utility, regulatory treatment, tax outcome, or continued operation of any blockchain-related project.

Users are solely responsible for their own wallets, transactions, taxes, compliance obligations, third-party platform use, and risk decisions.

Article XII
Disclaimer of Warranties

All Projects and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nomenas Digital LLC makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, originality, legality, uptime, security, performance, commercial usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, third-party access, platform behavior, blockchain functionality, media availability, or continued operation.

Article XIII

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redneck.work, Nomenas Digital LLC, its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, reputational harm, digital asset loss, wallet loss, platform loss, third-party service failure, or reliance on Content.

In no event shall total aggregate liability exceed one hundred United States dollars.

Article XIV
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redneck.work, Nomenas Digital LLC, its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of any Project or Content, violation of these Terms, misuse of Content, infringement of rights, unlawful conduct, digital asset activity, third-party platform use, or interaction with any Project.

Article XV

Nomenas Digital LLC may assign, transfer, license, sell, restructure, discontinue, or otherwise manage ownership or control of Redneck.work, Redneckverse, related Projects, Content, intellectual property, domains, media assets, digital assets, commercial rights, project websites, brands, and related business assets, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreements.

These Terms shall remain in effect notwithstanding such changes unless replaced by updated terms.

Article XVI
Modification of Terms

These Terms may be modified, replaced, updated, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of any Project or Content after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article XVII

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute relating to these Terms, Redneck.work, or any Project governed by these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, ownership, revenue rights, Church of the Carburetor framework, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, assignment, governing law, and dispute handling shall survive termination or discontinuation of any Project.
